Rs 25,000 Reward On I-T Inspector, Mastermind Of ‘Solver’ Gang

A reward of Rs 25,000 is likely to be declared on the head of suspended Delhi income tax inspector Ravi Kumar, who has been identified as the mastermind of the ‘exam solver’ gang that appeared for competitive exams on behalf of candidates.The racket, operating across Delhi-NCR for at least three years, according to police, charged anything between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 35 lakh for its services, going by the weight of the exam the candidate was applying for. Kumar and Yadav will soon be declared as ‘wanted’ criminals by the Noida police since they have been absconding for days, officers said. According to police, while eleven persons have been arrested for their involvement in the exam solver gang, four others have been arrested in connection with the dry fruit fraud.
