During his Conversation on DelhiTodays, he told that he started his political Journey from Municipal Corporator in 1992 after which he received the best Corporator Award. Due to his good work among people he was appointed as first Deputy Mayor of Mumbai City. He told that he had severed in various positions in Mumbai BJP Unit from Mandal Secretary to Mumbai BJP President.

During the show, he shared the ups and downs which he faced in his life from a middle-class family to a member of the parliament of North Mumbai. He told that he got an MLA ticket from BJP in 2004 and won with the highest margin of around 52000 votes among all constituencies in Mumbai. After serving 2 times as MLA he finally got the ticket of Member of Parliament and won with the highest number of votes among all the MPs in Maharashtra. He defeated leaders like Sanjay Nirupam and Celebrities like Urmila Matondkar.

During the talk, he told me there were 8 members in his family which includes his 4 brothers and 2 sisters and his father was a fourth class employee. Due to the lack of financial status of his family, he was not able to complete his education and after his sister’s marriage as he started working as his father left the job. He told that during his childhood days he used to live in a place that lacked basic amenities like clean drinking water, sanitation, waterlogging and many more.

During the conversation, he told that he was actively involved in solving social issues of people and after seeing his activeness his local MLA from BJP Ram Nayak called him and offered him to join his party so that he can directly involve himself himself himself in problems of people. He told he served three times as corporate and in each election due to his social work the margin of win was regularly increasing year by year.

At last, he told the biggest reason for his success was his popularity among the people for whom he took the stand to make their life easy. He told that each member of his area is just like his family member who always support him. He said that he works 24*7 throughout 30 days of a month without any gap for the welfare of people and that is the biggest reason for his success as a political leader.
