During the conversation he told that the biggest Mentor for his journey were Tea Stall seller. He Inform that he noticed several loopholes of Tea Stall sellers which Include Hygiene, Café Culture,Flavour and many more and then implemented in his startup, which act as a booster to the growth of Café.

During the show he further informs that his friends had initial funds around 3 lakhs but it was significantly low to start a business. He also shared a experience from his past that he used to sell second hand mobile which failed due to lack of funding.

He then said that you cannot run your business only on the basis of bootstrapping because a high chunk of fund is required for numerous things. He also t said that the good thing about bootstrapping is your equity don’t get diluted and there is no influence of outsiders in Decision Making.

During the conversation he told that according to him startup or any business is the process of making money and it can be initially to burn cash . According to Anubhav many startups fail because they don’t focus on Product Renovation. He told that he mixed the culture of bar with the traditional culture of tea in Kullad which provided a big boom in his business growth.

He aslo said the biggest reason for success of Chai Sutta Bar is the cost which is very nominal so that even a normal guy whose earning is not very much can enjoy the ambience of bar at our place. Due to less price the customer started coming to their place and when it started in mass the profit started coming in business.
he further told that mouth Publicity plays a big role and it can only be possible if you provide quality content to the customers .

He also said that location plays a key role when it comes to offline business where the crowd is the king for earning revenue. He said that his team used numerous ways to promote their product and their name is the biggest promoter of their product.

At last he informed that while starting a business one should be very patient as a successful business cannot be possible in an overnight. A lot of hardwork of team as well as the Quality product attracts the more customers. He told youth to focus on doing things rather than explaining about it.
