
During the Delhi Todays Talk Show, he shared his journey from a normal Student to becoming DIG Chhatarpur which motivated a lot of youth who were attending the show. He said that he completed his class 10th from Saraswati Shishu Mandir and completed his 12th from Government Higher Secondary School. He has completed his Engineering from Jabalpur Engineering College in Electronics and Telecommunications. He faced UPSC Exam in Hindi Medium and took History, Geography as the optional for the Exam.
During the conversation, he told that his parents motivated him a lot for the preparation for the civil services exam and for which he came to Delhi from his hometown. He completed his Engineering in 2002 and was selected in 2005 as IPS where he got Bihar Cadre.
During the show, he told while he was in several districts of India he always thought about how he can make the system more efficient as well as how to reduce crime in that area. He also told about his training in Hyderabad at Sardar Patel Police Academy which he was trained physically, morally and Emotionally to handle various situations in life.
At last he told that those students who are preparing for UPSC must decide how they can prepare as per their capabilities . He also said that one must be very focused and patient as this exam requires a lot of dedication as the chance of selection in very low as compared to number of students who write the exam. One should know his strength and weakness and work on them to improve those things in life.
