After providing quality candidates the company started paying more to provide quality candidates as well as he got a lot of referal from few years of working“. During the talk, he told that one should not pay the charge to Consultancy and this is the way one can check the genuity of a recruiting company.

In the End, he told that one should be customer-specific as well as client-specific then only they can survive in this industry.
