CM Yogi Adityanath Gives Rs 706 Crores Projects to Noida

Unable to visit UP Foundation Day celebrations that were to be held at Noida Haat due to poor visibility, chief minister Yogi Adityanath addressed the gathering virtually from Lucknow on Monday. On the occasion, the CM laid foundation stones and inaugurated 66 small and big projects worth Rs 706 crore in Noida via video conference from Lucknow.

“On the occasion, the CM launched various development projects worth Rs 706 crore in GB Nagar. The projects include a cattle shelter, construction of a community centre, resurfacing of the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, a Veda Forest Park, which is to be built in Sector 78 Noida, an underground parking, a Biodiversity Park. He also inaugurated the ‘Safe City’ project, under which the district will get 1,600 CCTV cameras — 250 of them in the first phase for monitoring public spaces,” a statement read.

The CM also asked all stakeholders to give push to products being manufactured across the state under one-district-one-product scheme of the state government. More than 60 stalls of such products will remain open for the public at the Noida Haat till February 10.
